"I work with the Dayton Mediation Center because I believe in the power of others to solve their own problems. I also believe that being a mediator present in the moment of conflict provides a unique opportunity for people to see a different perspective that opens the door towards a decision -- a decision that can transform everything!"
Lisa began volunteering at the Dayton Mediation Center in 1996 and has never left. She developed a passion for mediation that will last a lifetime. Lisa studied for her Bachelors in Psychology through the University of Illinois and completed advanced studies in Intercultural Communication and Conflict Resolution. She provides services to the Mediation Center in organizational capacity building, program development and grant writing, facilitation, elder care mediation, custody and visitation, training, conflict coaching, and volunteer mentoring.
