Michelle Zaremba

Michelle Zaremba began with the Center in 1999. She is the Director of the Dayton Mediation Center. She has a Master of Public Administration and Bachelors in Applied Conflict Management.

Michelle is a certified mediator with the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation and is on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Community Mediation.

Trisha WertsTrisha Werts

Trisha started at the Center as a volunteer in January of 2001 and began working for the Center in 2002. She has her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Psychology. Trisha is a Master Mediator with the Dayton Mediation Center.

Janet MuellerJanet Mueller

Janet began as a volunteer with the Center in 1995. She was hired in 1997. She has a Masters Degree Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She is a certified mediator with the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation.

Cherise HairstonCherise Hairston

Cherise joined the staff of the Mediation Center in 1999 as a mediation specialist. Since that time she has been the program manager for the community, adult v/o, and small claims court. Cherise has a Masters degree in Conflict Resolution. She is a certified mediator with the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation.

Lisa began volunteering at the Dayton Mediation Center in 1996 and has never left. She developed a passion for mediation that will last a lifetime. Lisa studied for her Bachelors in Psychology through the University of Illinois and completed advanced studies in Intercultural Communication and Conflict Resolution. She provides services to the Mediation Center in organizational capacity building, program development and grant writing, facilitation, elder care mediation, custody and visitation, training, conflict coaching, and volunteer mentoring.

JoeJoe Koch

"The Dayton Mediation Center allows me to serve the Dayton community by providing family and domestic relations mediation services. It's a small but powerful way to contribute to world peace, one family at a time, and to improve the lives of children experiencing family conflict."

Joseph Koch began volunteering with the Dayton Mediation Center in 2005, and now contracts with the Center to provide mediation services in family matters, including custody and visitation referrals from the Montgomery County Juvenile Court. Joe has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, and has since added credentials in medical education and mediation. He has earned the Ohio Supreme Court's Certificate for specialized training in Domestic Relations, and the Master Mediator designation from the DMC.
